The thesis

A trusted expert with a loyal, niche audience is the strongest foundation there is for a conference, a summit, or a business. We start with the people, and the community they have already built.

The events industry spends its time buying proven assets and consolidating the past. We are doing the opposite: building the next generation of B2B media from the audience up.

Because we build from scratch, we carry no legacy infrastructure. That lets us use software and AI to strip out operational overhead, making it economically viable to build profitable businesses around audiences too small for the giants to bother with.

Niche is the point. A deeply engaged community of the right thousands beats a shallow audience of millions.

We named the company after the system that runs it.

Kerri is also our AI operator. She runs the work that normally needs a full events team: sponsor outreach and surveys, logistics, booth and floor coordination, and post-event follow-up. The software is the leverage. It is how a handful of people produce shows at a quality and margin the legacy model cannot match, and how we expand into new audiences and industries without adding significant headcount.
